How long does my account balance top up after I’ve sent money from my crypto wallet?
Financial transaction recognition scans your wallet’s financial events every 60 seconds. As soon as the money is credited and the appropriate system confirmation is received, in the next 60 seconds the money will be accrued to the your account balance.
The system will send a notification to your personal account that the your account balance has been topped up.
How long does it take to withdraw funds?
Any transaction will be executed as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, each withdrawal request is processed, approved and manually performed by our specialists and financial security service. This work is performed from 9:00 to 17:00 GMT (GMT + 0), Monday to Friday. Withdrawal requests are not considered on weekends.
* The average time to complete a withdrawal request is about 2 hours.
** Sometimes some withdrawal requests may be subject to greater check up, in which case the time to complete such requests may be increased to 72 hours.
